The company

Since 1999 Ecopolimer produces agglomerates of polyurethane foam, latex, foam and granules rubber in its own firm in Trezzo sull’Adda (Milan) on a covered surface of 1.600 sqm. and an open surface of 1.000 sqm.

We can complete the whole process of production: raw-materials grinding, agglomeration with polyurethane bond agents, cutting in sizes and thickness on customer require. Density and composition can be required by customers.

We have produced cow mattresses since 2001 for a total production of 24.000 pieces in over 10 years. First “eco-bedding” mattresses, was fitted in a farm near Milan at the beginning of 2001 and they are still in regular use.
